Food Tech Solutions Ltd offers a number of accredited courses to suit the needs of all staff and includes CIEH and RIPH certificated staff training in Food Hygiene and HACCP up to intermediate level, facilitating and designing HACCP studies to strengthen compliance systems and implementing Quality Management Systems, and for manufacturers, leading to accreditation to BRC or EFSIS standards of excellence.

3rd Party Auditing
Food Tech Solutions Ltd proprietor Lisa Kennedy is a qualified BRC Lead Auditor and undertakes Third Party BRC audits in the food industry worldwide on behalf of National Britannia. She also specialises in providing advice to companies on the requirements needed to gain BRC or EFSIS accreditation which offers great commercial advantages over competitors.
