CIEH Level 2 Award Food - Safety / Catering / Manufacturing / Retail
This course is certified and introduces the principles of retail manufacturing food hygiene and is essential for all food handlers in the catering industry.
This is a 1-day course and the examination for this certificate is a 1 hour multiple choice question paper.
CIEH Level 3 certificate in Food Safety certificate in Catering/Retail/Manufacturing
This qualification is completed over 4 days and is designed for owners, managers, supervisors and team leaders. All candidates will be encouraged to demonstrate a good understanding of food hygiene but most importantly how they can influence others and positively encourage good standards.This course includes relevant level 3 training in HACCP.
The examination for this certificate is a 2 hour multiple choice paper.
E-LEARNING
Food Tech Solutions Ltd are able to offer cost and time effective training courses through e-learning. training materials
Courses cover all aspects of HACCP and Basic Food Hygiene training and are all computer based. The courses are certificated with the ASET and the Meat Training Council and fully comply with food legislation requirements. The courses provide staff training commensurate with their work and allow them to gain knowledge at their own pace and convenience. All courses provide both visual and audio teaching aids and are available in Polish translation if required.

HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points)
As from 1 January 2006 it is now mandatory for all food producers (except primary producers) to have key staff trained in the principles of HACCP. This course will take about 1 hour to complete.
Food Hygiene Principles and Practice
This course is required for all food handlers and will take about 2 hours to complete.
